| –ALL SALES ARE FINAL Buyer must inspect the firearm prior to purchase. Any defective product issues will be referred to the respective manufacturer for post sales support. I will assist with any problems to the best of my ability and based on the attitude of the customer 🙂 USED FIREARMS ARE AS IS NO REFUNDS. It is up to the customer to conduct a full inspection of the firearm prior to purchasing. I do not test fire guns. I recommend having a competent gunsmith inspect all firearms before firing for safety purposes. |
| -ALL NFA (Class III) ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. If a person is denied, the item can be consigned or purchased by 144 Firearms if a price can be agreed upon. |
| TRANSFERS |
| General Information |
| -Transfers will only be transferred to the actual buyer/owner of firearm listed on the invoice or package information. -Firearms will be stored for up to 30 days. Firearms kept after 30 days will incur a $1/day storage fee and after 90 days will be considered abandoned property and property of 144 Firearms if arrangements have not been made prior. -If a firearm is required to be shipped back to the seller for any reason, the transfer fee still applies + shipping cost back to the seller. -Transfers which result in a deny from FBI background check will not be transferred to the purchaser, family member of purchaser, or friend of purchaser. This is federal law. If a transfer is denied, the firearm can be sent back to the original seller for the transfer fee + shipping, consigned by 144 Firearms for a fee of 10% of final sale price, or purchased by 144 Firearms at an agreeable price. |

| 144 Firearms is not responsible for the condition or function of a firearm received for transfer. Any damage due to shipment or other causes shall be settled between the buyer and seller. |
